¿ What can be reported?
All persons and internal and external collaborators may report conduct that violates the code of ethics and transparency, the conflict of interest policy and the privacy policy.
It is a mechanism that seeks to facilitate users, even anonymously, the communication of possible irregular, unethical or inappropriate conduct, when the normal channels of communication are ineffective or difficult to access.
¿ How to use the ethical line – SER?
1. You can access the SER ethics hotline through the toll-free line 018000 – 942886.
2. The SER ethics line will be available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, at other times you can leave your message.
3. Reports are confidential; they will be handled by the organization’s Internal Audit team.
4. Each case will be assigned a consecutive report number for the corresponding follow-up.
